SPARES

When you need a spare part, you need it fast - that's something you can rely on when you order from us. We hold a vast stock of spares, not just for Ashbrook Simon-Hartley equipment, but for many other manufacturers, to provide you with 'one stop shopping' support for water and wastewater sludge treatment equipment.

Source your spares from Ashbrook Simon-Hartley and you get the reassurance of:

  • Ex-stock availability
  • Same day or next day delivery on most parts
  • Dedicated/consignment stock for framework customers and partners
  • Technical advice line and engineer call-out, if required
  • On-site equipment evaluations, if requested

Ashbrook Simon-Hartley has always manufactured robust, long life equipment. As a result we have many customers operating 20 or 30-year-old equipment, so our spares support for older units is just as comprehensive as it is for our newer models. In fact, our engineering archives stretch back over a century so we can guarantee; whatever part you need, we can provide it.

REPAIRS

When existing facilities are upgraded, refurbishment is an increasingly attractive option as an alternative to replacement.

Full mechanical and electrical refurbishment can either be carried out on-site or by returning your equipment to the Ashbrook Simon-Hartley factory. When the unit returns to service, as-new performance is guaranteed and backed up by an as-new warranty. Refurbishment and upgrades can be carried out on most Ashbrook Simon-Hartley equipment and in most instances other manufacturers equipment.

Many of the units we refurbish are 20 or more years old so customers often take this opportunity to have them upgraded at the same time. By updating to today's standards you gain:

  • Improved process performance
  • Operating expenditure (OpEx) savings
  • Extended asset life
  • Minimised operation and maintenance input
  • Improved plant availability
PROCESS OPTIMISATION
Ashbrook Simon-Hartley operate a fleet of mobile belt presses and thickeners, with our own operators if required, to cover situations such as:

Machine removal for refurbishment
Major breakdowns and emergencies
Long-term contract dewatering
Contract dewatering to empty digesters, sludge lagoons, tanks etc.

'Plug & play' rental and lease units are available in a range of configurations to suit your need; skid-mounted, trailer mounted, or in standard shipping containers. Pre-wired and pre-piped they are ready for operation -simply connect the services and you are up and running.
Ashbrook Simon-Hartley have a fully trained global team of Engineer's who commission all new equipment. This way, we can guarantee the process performance specified and you have the reassurance of knowing the machine is set up correctly, right from the start.

With any piece of equipment, regular servicing and maintenance is essential for trouble-free operation and continued performance. For customers that choose to undertake their servicing and maintenance in-house, rather than through a service agreement, a full range of training modules are offered.

These training modules provide your staff with the skills and knowledge to service and maintain all types of wastewater equipment. Through a combination of classroom and hands-on training, all aspects of mechanical, electrical, process, and maintenance operations are covered, as well as process adjustment and trouble-shooting.
