Ashbrook Simon-Hartley offers several thickening technologies covering the full range of sludge throughputs:

• Aquabelt Technologies® - Provides solutions and flexibility for municipal and industrial applications while providing the most efficient means of thickening dilute process streams.

• Aquabelt® STD - Enclosed
• Aquabelt® COMPACT
• Aquabelt® COMPACT - Enclosed
• ABCT Aquabelt ® - gravity belt thickeners for throughputs from 15 to 150 m³/hr.

  DAB System  - 'in vessel' thickeners for throughputs from 1.5 to 12.5 m³/hr.

All technologies have the flexibility to process SAS, primary or mixed sludge and take sludge feeds as thin as 0.5% ds. In typical applications DABs and Aquabelts are used to produce a thickened sludge of 3 to 6% ds but have the flexibility to thicken up to 7 to 8% ds where required.
