This extension, designed by Ashbrook Simon-Hartley engineers, increases the effective filtration area in both the gravity and the wedge section by approximately 50 percent. Optimization of these areas with this extension can increase both the quality and quantity of slurry being dewatered by the belt press,dramatically.

Klampress® 12-Roll High Solids Retrofit
This retrofit, designed by Ashbrook Simon-Hartley engineers, increases the effective filtration area of the gravity and wedge sections by approximately 50 percent and increases the pressure section area by more than 30 percent.

Klampress® Independent Gravity Deck Conversion
Any Ashbrook Simon-Hartley Klampress® can be equipped with an independent gravity deck.This conversion adds high-performance thickening to any Klampress®. It's expanded, high-volume, highspeed thickening capabilities operate independent of dewatering speeds and thus maximizes total throughput volumes.

Any Ashbrook Simon-Hartley Klampress® can be equipped with an Aquabelt® retrofit.This retrofit adds the capabilities of a highperformance gravity belt thickener to the existing capabilities of your dewatering Klampress®. Both processes can be operated simultaneously or separately.
